The Sun Temple of Elizabeth Diamond
CHAMBER III - The Art Gallery
Om Mani Padme Hum

Elizabeth portrays the power of the lotus in shades of lighter and deeper pink coloration indicating a deeper sense of love than we experience in our physicality.
The inscription she spells out at the bottom of her painting is one of the most powerful and oldest Tibetan mantras recited all over the world. Om Mani Padme Hum means the jewel in the heart of the lotus is compassion.
The deeper meaning of this painting:
Taken from her March 2012 journal, Elizabeth states:
“Compassion is having a deeper understanding of what exactly is taking place on our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels in order to maintain peace, and restored harmony within our being. This is the deeper meaning of love. In our classes, we have been exploring bringing in this energy of love, into our hearts to balance disharmony, pain, suffering, and all other struggles we may encounter.”
Therefore Elizabeth used the pink coloration of this lotus to symbolize it’s power and serenity of peace of mind, which we obtain through compassion.
