Develop your self awareness to discern the negative from the positive thoughts through your feeling nature.

POSITIVE THOUGHTS make you feel good
NEGATIVE THOUGHTS make you feel bad or sad.
STEP 1 : KNOW THY SELF

Concentrate on happy things in your life and good things will flow to you.

Follow your trail of good feelings.

LAUGH a lot and experience JOY!

Journal all these happy events in your life.

Patterns of negative thoughts still reoccurring are rooted deeply in our minds due to past events, traumas, or tragedies.

Dig out the core of these beliefs (When did they occur, how did it make me feel?)

Knowing the cause or core will cancel out the pattern of reoccurrence.

These reoccurrences Elizabeth labels as resistance.
